Q.

I am 33 weeks pregnant and recently diagnosed with gestational diabetes. I am taking insulin thrice a day but there is no major decrease in my fasting and pp blood sugar. please give some suggestions.

A. Ask your doctor if doing dietary alteration is going to help you sure that case I would advise you to consult a nutritionist because the kind of dietary alterations they suggest you are going to be much more appropriate with medicines and ensuring that you are taking
