I am 33 weeks and 3 days pregnant can I eat papaya is it safe?

A. hi mom. do not eat papaya at this moment as papaya is little heat in nature so it is not good but definitely you can try one piece but the papaya should be fully ripe. . just one piece and fully ripe papaya
