I am 32 week pregnant and my gynach has mentioned in my latest sonography as longitudinal lie and cephalic presentation. what does that mean?

A. the lie is the position of the baby competing to the spine of the mother . so longitudinal lie is the lead .eat on time slee on time . walk daily and follow diet
