Q.

I am 31st week pregnant. During 1st trimester my HbsAg was non reactive, but recently in 3rd trimester i did my blood test in which my HbsAg came positive. So is this possible that HbsAg can change in negative to positive during pregnancy? And what will effect on baby or mother during delivery or post delivery?
