i am 30 yr old .this is my second child.I am breastfeeding my child she is 1 month old My breasts got engorged so i hand pressed and removed it later i felt swelling under my arm pit. it has reduced now .i don't have any lumps or fever. will it subside on its own or do i need to get it checked??
