I am 30 weeks pregnant and my haemoglobin is 7.8 .What can be done to increase the HB? My doctor suggested to take iron injections. Is it a good option? please suggest

A. Yes it is a good option because the hemoglobin levels are very less and you need improvement as early as possible.so go ahead with the iv iron preparation as of now
