ExpertDr Laxmi Chavan-SawantAyurvedic Gynaecologist 1 Year agoA. Spotting or bleeding during first trimester may cause severe bleeding in some cases. so it is never to be considered as normal and you should once get proper examination done by your doctor till then take total bed rest
