I am 3 month pregnant nausea without vomting and full stomach pain I am not handle my stomach pain why are stomach pain ? plz consult

ExpertDr Shruti KainthObstetrician and Gynaecologist5 years agoA. Hi, thanks for the query. Mild abdominal pain is quite common during pregnancy. But if pain is of severe nature and unbearable, bettwr visit your gynaecologist and get an ultrasound done to find out the cause.
