take iron calcium and multivitamin regularly
and protein powder with milk twice a day.
have more liquid and fruits.
have sunbath every morning for half an hour

You Should have really good amount of proteins including egg chicken fish cottage cheese any other protein that that you want to go ahead with you should ask your doctor to advise you with some protein supplement as well because the child is extremely underweight as of now of course the child should have been somewhere around at least one KG if not much so you do need to work upon it
