Q.

I am 23 weeks pregnant but I’m not feeling hungry. I have lost around 7 kg since the first trimester. I also have gestational diabetes. I don’t understand why I’m not feeling hungry and not gaining weight. Even in the anomaly scan(done on 20 weeks), the baby’s weight was 325 grams

A. That is actually very surprising and also you’ve lost 7 kg which is a lot to lose so I would recommend you to have five hours fluids and lots of proteins in your diet so just don’t eat much in one time this has small small portion every two hours or every one hour however it is comfortable for you that will be good and have more of liquids which would be healthy for you and also get your blood test done to check the deficiency and haemoglobin levels
