You can have rice , you can add some healthy vegetable to it etc . Avoid refined sugar you can take jaggery or dates instead much healthier option , go for walks or yoga and meditation is you been doing .
The delivery will it be a normal or c section that cannot be said till the last moment as per your condition and that of the baby it can be decided
