Q.

I am 16 weeks 5 days pregnant and had subchronic hematoma of 11*07mm at 12 weeks scan and today the hematoma reduced to 6*8 mm but have anterior placenta 1cm away from os with 4.2 cm cervical length Should i be on bed rest or can i walk slightly at my home

A. It is going to be a bed rest only that is what I suggest you currently but a little bit of walk of course you can do but don’t exert yourself because you never know what can be the side-effect of our situation and also for all the precautions to be taken I would suggest you to crosscheck with your gynaecologist once

A. A slight walk is recommended..using stairs should be avoided and rigorous walking exercises and work should be avoided..I took had the same hematoma and I delivered my baby full term without any problem..all you need is some patience to wait for the hematoma to be reduced and some love towards the baby..all the best my dear
