I am 13 weeks pregnant. I am feeling very exhausted. Not able to preform basic activities.all time sleeping from last 3 days. Is it normal ?

A. feeling exhausted during pregnancy you should get your blood investigations done for hemogram as well as other investigations and also try to be active and I have good water intake and nutrition to maintain good health
