I am 11 weeks 3 days pregnant,mjhe 2 din phle loose motion n vometing ki wjh se drip lagi thi.Uske next day drip ki wjh se gas ban gai n fr vometing uski wjh se injection laga but ab do din se constipation n gas issue h .. please suggest any home remedy it's been really painful.
