Q.

i added cerelac in hot water and then cool it in cold water.afterthat i feed it to my baby. i did it by mistake. i know cerelac should be added in lukewarm water not in hot water. i just want to know this will not harm to my baby's health

A. Its ok but avoid now Give cereal meals 3-4 times a day at least 1 to one and half katori per meal. give Moong dal rice mix,. wheat rice or Ragi porridge. You can add boiled mashed veggies like pumpkin, potato, sweet potatoes, bottle gourd, beetroot, carrot, brocolli, beans to porridges In between give 2-3 healthy snacks, Give mashed, fruits like papaya, banana, steamed apple, grapes breastfeeds 3-4 times a day

A. No it will. Not. After six months, you can start giving semi solid foods to the baby, to start with give thick dal soup, mashed banana, suji kheer, later introduce mashed sweet potato, seasonal fruit purees, rice porridge, khichdi, yogurt. Initially give everything in small quantity and check response of the baby and gradually increase the quantity of the food. After nine months you can start solid foods like chapati mashed in dal, sift cooked rice, finger foods.

A. no not at all it won't be harmful it should be in proper blended form so that your baby is able to have it just that make sure it was into a properly blended form

A. Hello and good evening no do not affect the baby but you should try to give it only knew from water to your child even if you have cooled down and then given it to the baby there is no harm it will not cause any problem
