Q.

I 1st conceived in aug'21, I had a c-section delivery in the month april'22 I was planning for normal delivery for 2nd pregnancy, I came to know that 3years difference should be ideal for trying normal delivery after c-section. so from when should I start calculating 3years from 1st conceive date or delivery date

A. hi you need to calculate from first delivery. from I mean when your child Born ideally there should be at least 18 months gap between giving birth and getting pregnant again
