hydroquinone,tretinoin and mometasone furoate cream .(melalite xl) how to use that . what are the side effects of that product

A. Hi mom Apply very thin layer of this cream on the effected area. Do not use this medicine more than prescribed. Itching, redness, burning sensation, irritation are some of the side effects of this cream. Take care
