hy doctor please recommend something for growth...my kid is under weight (10 kg , 1.5 years old) blood is also less...anemic

A. Hi mom Give all that you cook for your family. Include egg, ghee, dry fruits, dairy products like paneer curd cheese, Banana shake, potatoes, rice, chicken etc in ur baby's diet for weight gain Secondly To increase iron level, include apple, spinach, tomatoes, raisins, pomergrate, mango, guava, brinjal, jaggery etc in ur baby's diet.
