Hw to replace junk with healthy food?

A. hi kids are like sponge,they absorb what they see. so first ,you need to set good example by following Healthy eating habits. give Healthy options like fruits,dates ladoo (see it's recipe in my profile) ,besan chilla , banana pancakes , multigrain idli etc initially set one day in week as per your child choice ,when your child can eat Such junk food items. then gradually decrease it's frequency.
