Eat more of fruits and vegetables and lots of fluids too daily

Speaking and talking is the best way to solve all the issues. In such case you should definitely talk with your husband about it.. Relation after delivery gets changed. So you should definitely talk to your husband about it. This can also be because of a solution in every relationship is having a great conversation
