How would you disturb your Diet?

A. Hi.. offering foods at random times and not as per proper schedule and disturb your eating habits and also the child will become a fussy eater later.. make sure not to offer mobile or TV whilst eating

A. that is tradition of diet should be done on daytime in the morning you should start with breakfast and followed by milk then lunch and milk after the gap of 2 hours and fresh fruit juice in the evening then dinner at around 8 p.m. and milk just before going to bed
