how will we know 3weeks baby have a gas problem??

Seema gas usually comes out with which you know the child is relaxed if there is more of gas problem then you will see discomfort the tummy may become little hard the child will constantly cry due to stomach pain also the basic symptoms with which you can understand the child is having stomach pain and gas related issues
