Q.

how we know that baby is dehydrate? one thing is to check urine routine and what other way to know dehydration....

A. thanks doc.... but if urine is proper.... then no issue of dehydration

A. the child will be lethargic and will have decreased activity and will also not take food as well as water properly also the child may have sunken eyes afs well as no tears or decreased urine output and also the lips of the child may be dry and it is acdvisable that you should visit the doctor to rule out any type of dehydration which might cause problems for the child
