DR SHIWAJIRAO PATILGuardian of 2 children3 years agoA. Hello, your baby girl is 3 months old and she is having a wax in her ear so use otogesic ear drops twice a day and waxiclean drops 2 times a day and then remove it with cotton buds slowly

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children3 years agoA. Ear should be only cleaned superficially very gently by an ear bud when the baby is sleeping. Do not try tof clean deep inside by yourself as it can cause injury so consult your dmoctor for that . if the wax is impacted you can use waxiklin ear drops one drop twice a day for 7 days in ear it will help .
