ExpertDr.Rasika ThosarPaediatric Intensivist7 years agoA. you have to check videos for that . more you feed your baby, more is the stimulation and more is the breast milk production. also relaxed mind , love for the baby, confidence while feeding help in oxytocin release and hence augment milk production. maintain good diet, hydration. babies tend to prefer easier way of feeding . avoid use of bottles to avoid nipple confusion. restrict formula slowly so that baby will try to suck more at breast.

SantoMom of a 8 yr 7 m old girl7 years agoA. If you have flat or inverted nipples, your baby may struggle to latch on. Go for a nipple shield that is shaped like an extended nipple, and gives the baby a larger area to latch onto. Feeding through the shield helps draw the nipple out, to make it easier for baby to latch onto the breast.
