In palms and soles in a gentle circular motion. Rotate the wrist and ankle a few times in both clockwise and anti clockwise direction. On chest from inward to outward direction by your palms . For stomach it has to be more gentle . Make circular strokes around belly button . Make baby lie in his tummy and massage his back. Keep both palms on back and move back and forth from neck to buttocks. Massage shoulders and buttocks in gentle circular motion.

A. Massage everyday before bath. This will help. You can use oils like nalpamaradhi thailam or coconut oil or almond oil. Give a good massage for 5-10 mins then give a bath. Avoid for eye are also avoid masages duirng cold weather.
