labeeMom of a 9 yr 2 m old girl7 years agoA. the best remedy is make porridge using Broken rice and fenugreek seed (how much u put that much more milk u get)salt .i taking almost same ratio.and pressure cook it.after that put fresh coconut milk and eat.fenugreek and coconut is best things to increase milk supply.first time it is difficult because fenugreek seed is bitter in taste.but i am sure it will increase ur milk.all the best.
