Hie , My experience says - whenever there is any issue in product or damage - they don't give any option of return though they have return policies but when actually requesting it image can't get uploaded - customer care doesn't give scope of talking to official directly , bad reviews are not shown on site , mails are not answered . so all mommies you don't have any scope but accept the delivered material - you like it or not .

However you can call contact customer care team for further help The number is the shopping section. or your can draft an email to customercare@firstcry.com sure they will be able to assist you further. if it's urgent its then its good to call the customer care so they can respond to your query faster.
