Also put some warm compress around the breast especially around the area of the bleb and express with hand

Hello mam you can do hot compress, you can do a good massage with olive oil also if you wish to you can consult your paediatrician or either your gynaecologist as they will suggest you some medication that will help you in unclogging your milk duct.
