how to treat/ remove the buildups over scalp, as my baby is having hairfall. how to know whether baby is having correct latch as I feel it's shallow.

That’s actually called a cradle cap the one you are talking about so what you should do is basically oiling a regular shampoo is good and when the hair a little wet you can brush the hair with a brush which is specifically for infants only that’s going to help in taking it of the scalp
