Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy4 years agoA. it is very important which type of food has caused food poisoning and first of all you will have to stop any type of oral eatables for the child and you have to take care of 2 or 3 important things that have to take care of vomiting abdominal pain and loose motion and kindly meet your doctor for that

RashmiMom of a 11 yr old girl4 years agoA. Hello ma’am For food poisoning you have to go for a proper course of medication and specifically antibiotics for the same. So for the time being you can give good amount of water to your child so if your child vomits the infection would probably flew out somewhere but still please consult your paediatrician tomorrow for a proper medication
