A. No need to worry for tummy and post pregnancy weight gain. It will take some time to decrease size. Give more attention to breast feeding and proper balanced diet. Start yoga and mild exercise at home only. Avoid heavy exercise. If possible use tummy belt It will help. Regular exercise and yoga is very necessary to maintain health after delivery. Avoid heavy exercise like jumping or skipping. Take proper balanced diet take all types of food items, eat all types of fruits and fruit juices including seasonal Fruits also. Add all green vegetables in diet Keep urself well hydrated.

You have to give breastfeeding to baby till six months because it's also helps in reducing your weight 2. Drinking water and fluids will also prevent dehydration and improve your metabolism, which is effective in managing weight. 3.Eat the yogurt mix when you crave something sweet. It can be the best tip for weight loss post pregnancy. 4.dancing will help you burn those calories even as you have fun. Put on some music, anything that you and your baby can enjoy, and dance to it.
