A. Hello
if you are a breastfeeding mom, your calorie requirement is more. So its not advisable to cut down on your diet.
Just avoid having deep fried, too much sweet and junk foods.
Drink plenty of water and fresh fruit juices as they help in detoxification of body.
Drink green tea with lemon and honey twice a day. Make sure to add honey only in lukewarm state not hot!!
Do breathing exercises and light walking.
Once you complete 6 months post delivery, you can do yogasanas along with pranayams and brisk walking kapalbhati and bhujanang asan

A. hi, do little yoga and planks ..planks really help to tighten belly fat..and also try mamaearth organic apple cider vinegar.it really help to reduce weight..I also reduced 5kg weight by doing this.. little cut down Ur carbs also

A. if you want to make yourself toned and reduce weight after delivery you need to do regular exercise specially abdominal exercises stretching exercises yoga brisk walking and also cut calories in your diet specially sugar and fat intake
