Shruti SuranaMom of a 12 yr 1 m old boy4 years agoA. hi dear mom...keep track of pee count..it should be more then six in twenty four hours..if it's more then six ..it means baby is full and is getting sufficient feed from you...and you need not worry..babys should be exclusively breast fed till six months
