How to talk about period to 7 years old girl…and when she may get plher first period?

A. there is nothing to get hesitated and you can just explain her that this occurs every month to each and every girls and you need to maintain proper hygiene over the area during that time use proper pads and whatever she feels you can easily talk to her about all her doubts so that she remains friendly to you in all aspects
