RashmiMom of a 11 yr 2 m old girl2 years agoA. Just clean that area regularly with beta Dean liquid or ointment whatever you have available and that is what is going to be good enough after it falls out you can clean it regularly 3 to 4 times in a day and after that nothing is required to be done
