How to take care of self being a mom of 2 children, suggest weight loss, diet plan and hair care

A. Hi mom For hair care, do oiling atleast twice a week. Use coconut oil to massage ur hair. This helps to give strength to hair roots, shine and healthy hair. For weight loss, do exercise. Do yoga. Surya namaskar aasan will help u to shed extra kilos from your body. Along with the exercise, make some dietary changes. Avoid high calorie food like sugary bakery junk and oily food. Have warm lemon honey water daily to burn fat. Avoid eating rice and potatoes as they increase the weight. Have dinner two hours before bedtime to increase metabolism. Have light dinner like veggies sprouts soup fruits etc.
