Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children4 years agoA. you need to do regular wiping of the tongue using a silicone finger brush or you can also use a wet cloth wrapped up in a finger to clean the tongue of your baby and make sure to wipe the the mouth after every feed

U Should use a silicon tongue cleaner so whenever you giving a bath to the child you can clean the tongue with the tongue cleaner and after feeding also just clean the gums of your child with a soft wet cloth and tongue also so that that white thing is not going to get accumulated on the tongue
