This is a task now a days to keep kids away from mobile..
Fix the time during the day in which the kids can watch mobile .After that mobile should not be given and u have to be bit strict in this case.
Indulge ur child in some activity like playing in the park in evening time ,playing with toys and games, indulge them in making something in kitchen, let ur child join some art and craft classes, dance class etc..
