ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist4 years agoA. Dear parent, breast feeding should be stopped gradually so that it’s less stressful for you and your baby. Start by dropping one morning feed and increase one meal. The night time feeding should be the last feed to be stopped.

at beginning try to reduce the feeding session..
you may ask help from your Husband, as let him make baby sleep for some days, as baby will stop demanding feed..
ensure baby is taking meals properly..
