how to stop breastfeeding at bed time? how to manage it?

A. you can start night weaning for healthy breastfed children after 8-9 months of age. but before that night weaning breastfed babies can reduce your milk supply. reduce volume and frequency of feeding every night and it should be very gradual process this should be done over a month odtherwise breast feeding mother will have engorgement and mastitis. when feeding time and frequency has decreased to 1 to 1 times you can stop feeds at night time. make sure thdat the child is getting full diet during the day to decrease hunger at night time
