how to stop breastfeeding and what care should be taken while stopping breast feed...as the breat gets heavier...plz advise proper measures

Hello there ma’am please do not worry about it too much and please do not stop breastfeeding all of a sudden and reduce the frequency and also empty your breast on regular basis. Also evaluate once with your gynaecologist in person and follow the instructions. Take care
