Q.

How to stop BF for my 1.6 yes old baby. He cries alot at midnight . Can i feed him cow’s milk ?

A. Dear mum it is recommended to continue breastfeeding till 2 years because of nutritional benefit and it also strengthens immunity. breastfeeding should be stopped gradually for it to be less stressful for you as well as baby give filling meals drop one breastfeed every week father or other family member can help with feeding and putting child to sleep build a bedtime routine that does not revolve around breastfeeding for example read a story sing a lullaby ,rub child's back Show your love in other ways
