How to start solids to baby ? tell me the right way and right food to give when baby starts solid ?

A. dear mum after 6 mth complete , begin home food in soft mash form keep consistency of food like ghee start with single ingredient item like veg , fruit , rice ,dal then move to dalrice , khichdi start with 1-2 time few teasooon

A. start with ragi milk fruit puriees introduce rice dal porridges one by one a week sweet potato avacado is very good

A. Dear mum , After 6 month you can slowly introduce home-cooked foods, mostly soft ones like oats, porridge, give only 1/2 Tsp for 1st week. then semi-liquid like mashed sweet potatoes, carrot, pumpkin all well-cooked. introduce fruits also like mashed banana, apple and all. and to remember one food at a time and small amount in first to see/ observe any reaction.

A. As soon as the child completes the age of six months and enters into the age of seventh month you can give more of liquid consistency to semi liquid value you can introduce fruits vegetables Khichdi porridge varieties of recipes that you can prepare out of ragi oats and Suji as well
