A. Hello, your baby boy is 18 months old and he is having a gaseous troubles a lot so burp him properly after every feeding and give him 3 ml carmicide liquid three times a day

A. if the child is born and half years old and if the child is having gas problem you can give syrup new patterfn to the child female three times in a day for 15 days also give you plenty of liquids
