how to sleep in what position after vaginal tear after birth

A. hi momma. it usually takes a few weeks to months for the vaginal stitches to heal. so kindly take more care and avoid walking to fast, or doing exercises, sitting on the floor,etc till they heal.while sleeping u can sleep on your sides and that may help you with it
