I think your child is going to fit into the size of 0 to 3 months like precisely the size which is for a month old child accordingly you can check and that’s what you can buy because the child is quite underweight so anything that you buy would be quite loose but still about 0 to 3 months would be ideal choice to buy clothes for your child
