how to remove mucus from my one year baby nose. I can feel it from her nose sound during sleep that she has a lot of mucus in nose but she can't throw it by herself. I am giving nasal drop but nothing works

ExpertDr. Swapnil SaxenaAyurvedic Physician5 years agoA. hi you can use nasal aspirator. In case of cold and cough give him indirect steam 2 to 3 times in the day and use saline nasal drops in case of nose block like otrinoz with aloe vera . Breathing moist air will help in opening the blocked Airways. you can give him two grams of sitopaladi Churna mixed with honey twice in the day to expel out the cough. You can also give decoction of Ginger Tulsi leaves mixed with honey twice in the day.

DRx Tanveer RawalFather of a 6 yr 7 m old girl5 years agoA. i recommend you to use Rx PHYSIOMER BABY SPRAY Its 100 % natural sea water sodium chloride 0.9% it's saline solution only along with 80 tress elements f u didn't got that than use xylomist spray or nasomist spray

SantoMom of a 8 yr 7 m old girl5 years agoA. you may can try with saline drops as it's quite effective. steaming will also give instant relief. Keep baby hydrated. Keep your baby's head high for better breathing. You may warm some coocnut oil add some tulsi leaves and apply to baby's chest and sole for relief. You may alos apply warm mustard oil infused with sole garlic pods. Alo'g Ith it it's good to give medicines too.
