A. To reduce stretch marks, include protein and vitamin rich foods in your diet and keep yourself well hydrated with water, fresh juices, buttermilk and coconut water. Do skin toning exercises like squats, jogging, swimming, breathing, brisk walking, cycling and Yogasanas. Apply Bio oil or Aloe vera gel with coconut oil twice a day on affected areas.
