how to release gastric gas for 1.5 years old he doing loose motion now it stopped doctor gave this all medications and gave trips for tired and entrogermina 3 days 5 injections and now fourts b syrup without prescribed can I give lanzol junior sachet I'm very worried wanted release gastric gas please tell me what to any home remedies

give the medicine as prescribed
keep baby well hydrated increase the water intake
you can give oral rehydration solution ORS to baby
